This is what the Thais call a buffet. There are many counters with food on them. Some is prepared and some needs to be cooked. You will see an aluminum thing in the center of the table. This thing is filled with glowing charcoal underneath. On top there is a ring of water and an area on the cone like top for grilling raw meats. Vegetables and seafood is dropped into the water for cooking and meats like chicken and pork are grilled on the cone top. I did not get pictures of where you go and fill the trays with foods. Just the table where you sit and prepare the food and then eat it. There is also some sort of baked fish on the table. It was baked in aluminum foil and sits on a Sterno like tray. Someone comes around and fills your drinks. It costs around $3 per person for all you can eat. Drinks are extra. Me and my friend Bahat play with the food. Udon Thani, Thailand, Issan
