Meat at the market
Here we see it again. The meat at the market is NOT refidgerated. Sometimes there is ice under some of the meat. The first 3 pics are maybe beef or buffalo. Notice that the hoof is still there and frequently it is quite dirty (has crap on it). Notice that there are many "parts" of the animal displayed. The last picture is a pork shop. I frequently buy pork at this table. They have really nice pork tenderloins. I get a nice little bag of pork tenderloin for about 50 baht ($1.50).
